Medical History

To launch Medical History screen as Activity, just call MeetingDoctorsClient’s openMedicalHistory() method.

If you need the Medical History as Fragment, you should call to launchMedicalHistoryFragment(activity: AppCompatActivity, @IdRes frameLayoutContainer: Int)
